Tour de Taiwan 14 - 20 March - 03/10/10
Ben is joined by team mates Dean Downing, Dean Winsor, Graham Briggs and Carnforth's Mat Cronshaw to ride the Tour de Taiwan. The seven day Tour starts on 14 March at The World Games Stadium in the southern city of SinYing and finishes a week later in the capital Taipei City. The key first stage finishes at the top of Jhongpu mountain and should give an indication of the main contenders for the yellow jersey.

Rapha spoil pasta party - 03/02/10
The Rapha lads gave a master class in team work at the Clayton Velo Spring Classic on Sunday. With Rapha and the pasta boys the two strongest teams it was obvious that only a break containing equal numbers of both would have a chance of staying away. Lone breaks were doomed to fail.
